Looking for the helper on this computer… if Chrome asks to access your local network, click Allow.

- Mac: open the zip, right-click Install Riverstone Helper.command → Open (the first time macOS asks you to confirm).
- Windows: right-click the zip → Extract All, then double-click Install Riverstone Helper.cmd. If Windows says it protected your PC, click More info → Run anyway. If the firewall asks about Python, allow Private networks.
- It installs itself, starts with your computer from now on, and opens this page again.
- When Chrome asks to access devices on your local network, click Allow.
Needs Chrome, and a connection to the sites (the DT Roaming tunnel) for anything other than your own network. Uninstall: run Uninstall Riverstone Helper.command from the same zip.
